Young Hare

Usually roasted, but how about jerk or brown-stewed.

Older Hare

It is made into pâtés and pies, potted/meatloaf, jugged, and casseroled.

Rabbit

It is frequently stuffed with bread and herbs before baking, potted with layers of bacon or ham, and stewed with vegetables. What about doing a switch, like trying curried or jerked rabbit?
